Je l'ai reçu également. J'ai essayé de m'inscrire au "survey" via le lien dans le mail, mais la 9ème question vous demande dans quel province/département de l'Angleterre vous habitez. Dons pas pour nous

Thank you for registering your Brompton on our website; we hope you are enjoying your bike.

As our business continues to grow and there is increasing demand for our bicycles, we would like to conduct some customer research over the next few months; this is to help us decide on the direction in which to take the product and the company over the next few years. We would like to find out what you, our customers, think about your Bromptons; we want to know how you use them, and generally find out a little bit more about you, to inform our future plans and initiatives.

We have appointed an independent research agency, Launchpad Research *, to conduct the research on our behalf. Unless you do not wish to be contacted again, they may be in touch over the next few months to invite you to participate in our research programme.
We are extremely keen to encourage your participation, as your feedback will be valuable in helping shape our future. Please click here to register your interest.

Please note that all responses will remain anonymous and presented in collated format for us only. Please be assured that your details will not be passed onto any third party following this research, and any contact by Launchpad Research will be for market research and information gathering purposes only.

J'ai également reçu une invitation à participer à leur enquête.
Le fait qu'elle semble réservée aux citoyens britanniques est, je suppose, une vision typiquement anglaise des choses. Après tout, le reste du monde compte-t-il vraiment ?

Mme Horsman a une vision très particulière de la circulation des Bromptonautes dans le monde. Il eut été plus simple de signaler dans l'invitation à répondre que l'enquête ne visait pour l'instant que les résidents au Royaume-Uni (même la république d'Irlande n'est pas concernée). Mais c'est la un raisonnement cartésien et Descartes n'était pas anglais...

Habitant en Angleterre et inscrit chez Brompton mais toujours pas d'invitation...
Mme Horsman n'est pas très au point avec sa mailing list

Si quelqu'un pouvait suggérer de ma part à cette charmante personne qu'avant de pouvoir répondre à un tel questionnaire, ce serait bien de faire en sorte que les clients puissent déjà récupérer leur Brompton dans des délais raisonnables..., je lui en serait reconnaissant...
Je ne sais pas ce que je répondrais pour un tel questionnaire, mais je sais ce que je dirais en ce qui concerne les relations entre les revendeurs, les importateurs et la maison mère, mais cela risquerait de faire perdre son flegme à la Reine Mère !
Si on ne m'arrête pas, je crois que vais péter un câble...

j'ai répondu à ce sondage, je crois bien que c'est un sondage commandité par Brompton Ltd.

Je viens de répondre à l'enquête... c'est long et complet. Exercice amusant et plein de questions ouvertes...

J'ai également reçu ce questionnaire et j'y ai répondu.

Je l'ai fait moi aussi. C'est plutôt amusant mais il faut bien compter 20 minutes si on vend faire ça bien !

j'aurais du ajouter un Smiley pour montrer le caractère ironique de ma citation car cela m'a pris 2 à 3 fois plus de temps :

1. je ne maîtrise pas complètement la langue de Shakespear

Mais en aucun cas je ne regrette d'y avoir répondu ; régulièrement, je reçois des questionnaires sur différents sujets et je trouve cela intéressant (pour moi comme pour le commanditaire du sondage) et parfois amusant.

Je ne l'avais pas rempli puisque il a été rapporté qu'une adresse au Royaume-Uni était nécessaire et d'après la réponse du service marketing reproduite ci-dessus c'était réservé à cette zone géographique.

Non.

IL est exacte que dans le 1er questionnaire, il y avait UNE question, à choix multiple si je me rappelle bien, qui forçait à se localiser dans le Royaume-Uni ; j'avais répondu "London" mais il n'y avait aucune autre question qui demandait d'avantage de détails.

Dans l'enquête actuelle, il y a une question qui fait la différence entre utilisateurs "U.K." et non"U.K.".
Si on répond non"U.K.", une liste de pays s'affiche dont la Belgique.

On peut donc en déduire qu'il ne faut pas être Britannique pour répondre à ce questionnaire.

Le 'premier questionnaire' n'est que là que pour confirmer à Brompton son accord de participation à l'enquête. J'attends par retour de courriel le 'second questionnaire'.

J'ai été invité à répondre au questionnaire. Manifestement, on veut d'abord cerner "le profil" de celui qui répond avant de passer aux questions relatives au Brompton.
Et effectivement, ô miracle, l'idée qu'un Bromptonaute puisse habiter ailleurs qu'au Royaume-Uni a fait son chemin auprès de leur responsable marketing.
